Join our Adult Hip Hop dance classes where our high energy atmosphere and staff will teach you the latest Hip Hop moves and provide a great full body workout.

Our Adult Hip Hop dance classes provide an all-over body work out which will improve muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and general strength levels.
