A group of competitive dancers braved the scorching sun to perform at the annual Maplefest, Aug. 16-17.

The appreciative crowd cheered as our dancers performed a number of routines from last season, including Spice It Up, Jump Up, Dishes, Tu Tu Much, Boyz, Delta Nu’s, and Honey Just Got Funny.

The two-day festival featured events for the whole family and gave Rugcutterz an opportunity to show the community what the studio is all about.

Vaughan Mayor Linda Jackson also stopped by the booth to speak with some of the young dancers who told her the studio had recently returned from a competition in New York. She congratulated the dancers and told them she wished she could dance well.

Refer a Friend, Earn a Credit

Now when you refer your friends to Rugcutterz Danz Artz you’ll earn valuable Rugcutterz Dollars.

For each dancer you refer who signs up and pays for a full year, you’ll receive a credit equal to one of their month’s payment. You’ll be able to apply that credit to your final invoice in June 2009. This offer applies to new students signing up for the 2008/09 season.
