We just wanted to tell you what an absolutely wonderful dance experience Vanessa, Alessia, and Angelica had this past year. You have a very professional studio, staff, and everyone we came into contact with was just terrific. The girls are looking forward to the coming back in September.

Dear Sandra and Ross,
Wow, our first year at Rugcutterz is already done and we just wanted to thank you for such a seemless transition to our “new home”.
It has only been a year but we feel we’ve been with you a lifetime. The advanced girls have taken Kayla under their wing and welcomed her with open arms making her feel part of the group and for this we are grateful. The parents are all very nice and friendly. The staff/family are all very approachable and competent. Miss Kim, our very special director/choreographer has made Kayla feel like she “is dancing for the first time” (even though she has danced since the age of 4). A special thanks to Angela and Jordana and Julie for being great role models and wonderful choreographers.
All in all, it’s been a fabulous year!

I have had my kids in various programs throughout their early years and this is the first time that anyone has proactively sought feedback from improvements or asked if there were any issues encountered.
This was a great example of an organization that is willing to hear good and bad from its customers rather than deal with issues once they’ve escalated to a higher degree. I just wanted to commend your management and let you know that as a first time customer I was impressed by the customer service gesture.
